Having featured Freedom Fry‘s track “Earthquake“ a few months late of it’s February release it’s only right we post their seasonally fitting follow up “Summer In The City” immediately.
Freedom Fry consists of Parisian chanteuse Marie and New York guitarist Bruce. The duo met on a video shoot for his band’s and a mutual appreciation developed as Freedom Fry was born.
Musically they deliver deceptively simple sugar sweet melodies over a retro sounding production seemingly engineered to stick in your mind at least until the winter is here.
Let’s hope Freedom Fry‘s positive vibes bring some much needed sunshine over to the UK.
