Giant Steps is a London 3 piece formed in 2009. The impressive soul filled tunes of The Rolling Stones, Stevie Wonder and The Impressions shaped the young band’s sound.
Their debut single ‘Tolerate‘ was greeted at Cougar HQ with knowing nodding and an outbreak of pens tapping coffee mugs; which is quite an endorsement from our Rainman-esque crew. The track was inspired by 1930’s New York photographer WeeGee who practically invented what we now know as candid photography.
Keep an eye out for Giant Steps this year, I have a feeling there is more nodding and tapping to come.
